1) Constitutional Court
Malaba is Chief Justice. He was unconstitutionally extended his term by Mnangagwa. Taking the case to Malaba is a none starter. Mnangagwa will tell him that he unconstitutionally awarded him extension why can’t he do the same to him.
2) Parliament
Zanu PF has 2/3 majority in Parliament.The opposition political Mps are compromised. We also donated the opposition political Mps to ZanuPF by labeling them “Vatengesi!”. Although we knew the situation which Tshabangu had done…all Mps feared to be recalled. Can we go to them now to fight in our corner? ZanuPF proposed amendment now include extending Mps term of office to 2030.Which Mp will vote against his benefit? This means Parliament is not a good fighting ground against The Amendment
3) Streets
Demonstrations and protests. Both Zanu PF and opposition members are against the constitution amendments. The opposition is deeply divided. There are others who believe that÷1) fighting against the Amendments and 2030 is not important 2) it the right time to fight against the constitution amendments. Those who believe against fighting the Amendments are pushing the 2018 & 2023 rigged election agenda. The most interesting about the opposition is that they have no strategy to fight for the 2018 and 2023 stolen elections except social media talks. Those who want to fight the constitution amendments and 2030 agenda seem to be shaping up for a fight.
ZanuPF faction which is opposed to the constitution amendments is not showing signs of taking the fight to their counterparts.
This is the only option to stop the constitution amendments. This option require the opposition and ZanuPF faction to fight as Zimbabwean Citizens on one corner against Zviganandas.
4) Option
God’s Will
The prayer will solve the problem option. We leave everything to God. This option is uncertain.
‘We have a country, a Constitution and Citizens to think about. We have to act and find a solution. Every option must be done to save Zimbabwe, The Constitution and Citizens. The citizens must trust in their leaders. The constitution agenda must be above individual political leader. This must be a constitution agenda. The country is not dividend into two distinct groups 1) Constitution Defenders or 2) Constitution Mutilators. There is no Neutrality in a Yes or No!”
