As the Pacific Storm Eastern Region Soccer League enters its final and most intense phase, Tenax Correctional Services Football Club remains firmly focused on one mission, Premiership promotion.

With only three games left in the season, Tenax sits third on the log with 58 points, trailing log leaders Masvingo United FC and second placed FC Hunters.
However, spirits in the Tenax camp are far from low in fact, confidence is soaring.
Speaking ahead of the final run in, Tenax CS media, publicity and liaison officer David Marufu made it clear that their ambitions haven’t changed since day one.
“At the beginning of the season, we set a clear goal, premiership promotion. That goal has been written in the hearts of every player, coach, executive member and supporter,” Marufu said.
He described the upcoming fixtures as “teeth biting affairs,” acknowledging the high stakes but also reinforcing the club’s determination to see the job through.
“To our fans be assured you’ll be singing ‘Manhanga Matete’ at Rufaro Stadium next season. To our contenders, Masvingo United FC and FC Hunters, it’s not yet Uhuru. The game is on,” he declared.
With key clashes still to come against both FC Hunters and Masvingo United, Tenax FC’s fate remains in their own hands.
The club has proven it can perform under pressure and with a squad that carries the fighting spirit of Chikara the lion, the belief is that nothing is impossible.
“Our DNA speaks for itself. We are the Lions, and we know what it means. In short; it’s either we win… or we win the championship.”
As the title race heats up, Tenax CS FC has made one thing clear, they are in it to finish it.
