The Roundtable Initiative, a diverse group of young people from various backgrounds, is making a positive impact on the lives of children in Masvingo.

Prudence Paradza who is in the business development unit sector leader, said on July 5, the Roundtable Initiative will be donating sanitary pads to students at Shumbayaonda Primary School in Masvingo Rural, a gesture that highlights the group’s commitment to supporting the well-being of young girls.
“The group’s mission is to establish sustainable circles in different sectors, with a focus on education, health, and personal development,” said Paradza.

She added that this initiative is part of the group’s ongoing efforts to provide essential resources to schools in need.
“The initiative also pays school fees for six students at Shumbayaonda Primary School,”
“The Roundtable Initiative has already made a difference in the lives of students in Masvingo Province, where they donated books to the same school in January. The group has also been actively involved in awareness campaigns, focusing on critical issues such as drug and substance abuse, mental health, and career guidance,” she said.

Through their programs, the group has been able to reach out to young people, providing leadership workshops, youth in business indabas, and boot camps.
These initiatives aim to empower young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life.
The Roundtable Initiative’s efforts are a testament to the power of collective action and the impact that young people can have when they come together for a good cause.
