President to launch National Culture Month in Chiredzi

Chiredzi- ln a move to promote cultural diversity, unity and peace President Mnangagwa is set to launch the National Culture Month on 17 May 2025 at Alpha Mpapa High School in Chiredzi.

Chiredzi Administrative Officer Patience Mawarire made the announcement during the Rural District Council full meeting recently.

Mawarire said that Chiredzi for the first time will host the National Culture Month launch.

“The President is going to launch the National Culture month on 17 May at Aplha Mpapa High School under Chief Mpapa so there is need to gear up and start preparing for the day” said Mawarire.

Chiredzi was chosen for the event as it was discovered that it is the only district that still upholds its cultural heritage in high esteem.
