Pamushana celebrates rare 2025 A-Level results

BIKITA- Reformed Church of Zimbabwe owned Pamushana High School has recorded an exceptional performance in the 2025 A-Level examinations of 99.37 percent, bringing joy and pride to the school community and the wider Bikita District.

The 2025 Zimbabwe School Examinations Council results saw 159 candidates seating for two or more subjects, with an impressive 158 candidates passing.

The cohort comprised 91 male and 68 female candidates, with both groups posting commendable results.

Notably, 25 candidates (15.72%) achieved strong results in the 10–12 points range, and an outstanding 97 candidates scored 15 points and above, highlighting the school’s high academic standards.

Speaking to The Midweek Watch, Pamushana High School Head Agrippa Moyo, expressed immense satisfaction with the results, attributing the success to teamwork and dedication.

“We are very happy with the performance of our A-Level students, a 99.37 percent pass rate is a clear reflection of the hard work put in by our learners, the commitment of our teachers, and the support from parents and the school community,” he said.

The Head added that the results reaffirm Pamushana High School’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

“These results motivate us to aim even higher in the coming years. As a school, we remain dedicated to nurturing academic excellence and producing learners who are ready to compete at any level,” he said.
