TRIANGLE-Mufakose High School in Triangle has once again demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence after recording an improved pass rate in the Zimbabwe School Examinations Council 2025 Advanced Level exams.

The school attained a 99.1 percent pass rate marking a 1.5 percent increase from the 97.6 percent achieved in 2024.
Out of 114 candidates who sat for the examinations, 113 passed with only one learner failing.
The results also reflected strong academic performance, with 11 learners attaining 15 points and above while 87 candidates obtained 10 points or more.
Several subjects including Shona, English, History and Geography, recorded 100 percent pass rates.
The 2025 performance builds on the school’s strong academic tradition and highlights continued improvement from the previous year.
At Ordinary Level, the school recorded a 71.2 percent pass rate, further underscoring steady progress across academic levels.
Commenting on the results, Mufakose High School head Severino Bvunyenge expressed satisfaction with the outcome, attributing the success to collective effort.
“I am immensely proud of the outstanding results achieved by our students. These results reflect the hard work, discipline and determination of our learners, the dedication of our teachers and the unwavering support of parents, guardians and our Responsible Authority (THZ). Together, we have upheld our school’s tradition of excellence. I congratulate everyone involved and encourage our students to aim even higher in the years ahead,” said Bvunyenge.
