Lawmakers have introduced “The Conception Begins at Erection Act,” which would fine men up to USD 10,000 for ejαculating without the intent of conceiving a baby.

Proposed by Democratic State representatives Anita Somani and Tristan Rade, the bill aims to highlight perceived hypocrisy in legislation regulating women’s bodies.
Men could face felony charges for engaging in unprotected sex without the intention of impregnation, with fines of USD1,000 for the first offence, USD5,000 for the second, and USD10,000 for subsequent offences.
Exceptions include the LGBTQ community, sperm donation, and masturbation. This announcement elicited different responses on social media with some questioning how this proposal, if made into law can be implemented.

My question: How will they enforce this law?

As an Ohioan, I can testify that these two chumps are desperate for air time.
Little do they know that the air time they’re going to get is nothing but mockery. Shameless that these people find it proper to waste time in the state legislature trying to punch up pointlessly.
