MBERENGWA –Red hot Jame West FC’s form is taking a toll on other teams in the ZIFA Midlands Province Division 2A league as their match against All Stars Somabula FC was abandoned in 15 minutes after they had scored 4 goals.
The team of the moment, Jame West FC scored four goals in 15 minutes in their matchday 9 encounter against All Stars Somabula at Sunrise Ground on Sunday.
The All Stars team were reduced to 10 men after one of their players was red carded for a second bookable offense which resulted in the referee, Farai Mazaiwana being assaulted leading to the match being abandoned.
In the event that the match is awarded Jame West on a 3-0 score line, it will be a disadvantage to the Yellow Machine as they had already forced the opposition goalie to collect the ball behind the nets four times in 15 minutes.
More details on the decision by the ZIFA board will come after a disciplinary hearing.
