ZVISHAVANE – Mandava United have regained the top spot in the Zvishavane Social Soccer League after defeating Jamaican Pirates 4-1.
They now lead the table with 38 points from 16 games, a single point ahead of Noelvale Rovers who are in second place with 37 points from the same number of matches. Noelvale Rovers managed to hold SQ Bombers to a goalless draw.
Pote FC sit in third place with 34 points, having a superior goal difference over OK CF. Pote FC defeated Ezinkulu 3-1, while OK CF beat Sabi Gold Mine-based Anmarck FC 2-1.
Murowa Diamonds registered a comeback 3-1 victory over Farm n City.
Nil Academy secured a rare 3-2 win over Hurricanes, but they still remain at the bottom of the league table.
