MIDLANDS – Kwekwe United FC are top of the log in the Ruvimbo Funeral Central Region Division 1 Soccer League after seeing off Dinson Mvuma FC with a solitary goal.
The win propelled Kwekwe Utd to the top of the log with a point ahead of former log leaders Dulibadzimu United FC who dropped two points after securing a nil all draw away at West Nicholson FC.
Duliz sit on 22 points on second position by goal difference to third placed Tongogara who saw off Gokwe North FC 2-0.
The biggest winners of the matchday is arguably Shabanie Mine FC who saw off Blanket Mine FC by a single goal as they seek to resume the good old days.
Things are still tough for bottom placed Black Eagles who are still in search of a win after suffering a 3-0 loss to Beitbridge FC.
