ZVISHAVANE – He is back in the dug out again.
John ‘Senior’ Phiri has been unveiled as the head coach of ambitious ZIFA Central Region Soccer League Blanket Mine FC.
The Gwanda based Division 1 team missed out on promotion to the PSL last season which was won by Kwekwe United FC.
Phiri brings huge experience having coached Shabanie Mine FC, Bikita Minerals FC and was the head coach of Midlands State University FC.
Phiri who is a holder of CAF B coaching license said he is happy to be at the club and hope to achieve the set target, promotion into the elite league.
