MBERENGWA- Jame West FC continued their winning streak by dismantling All Stars Bullets 4-0 at the Chaplin Stadium in Gweru on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
The Mberengwa-based league leaders, Jame West FC, were ecstatic about their dominating performance, scoring four unanswered goals in the away match.
Ashel Gutu, the Jame West FC coach, expressed his gratitude to the players, supporters, and the club’s board members for their unwavering support and dedication.
“We got our first goal in the 13th minute. They tried attacking to equalize, but the first half ended 1-0. Soon after the second half, we got two more goals, and the last one came in the 88th minute,” Gutu said.
The Jame West FC coach praised the discipline of the All Stars Bullets FC, stating that the two teams enjoyed networking and sharing football ideas after the match.
Jame West FC’s goals were scored by Admire Mlotshwa, Desire Huwani, Raynold Mareya, and Mundikumbuke Jnr Tazviwana.
The win keeps Jame West FC at the top of the league standings, while the match against Rise of Hope Academy (ROHA) FC scheduled for the upcoming weekend has been suspended due to ROHA’s failure to fulfill three previous fixtures.
