The highly anticipated 1st edition for Miss Ebony Zimbabwe pageant is set to take place on March 28.

Facilitator Faith Mazana made the official announcement to the media this afternoon.
She revealed a star-studded lineup of sponsors, honorary judges, and a revolutionary theme that’s set to shake up the beauty pageant scene.
With this year’s edition, themed “Empowering through Diversity,” promises to be more than just a pageant – “it’s a movement”.
Miss Ebony Zimbabwe aims to dismantle the legacy of colonial beauty standards and forge a new path where black women lead and thrive, said Muzana.
The event boasts an impressive list of sponsors, including FarmGuard, IVHU Tribe, Holosee, and Mukanya Wines, among others.
The honorary judges’ panel is equally impressive, featuring notable figures such as Dr. Solomon Guramatunhu, Doreen Sibanda, and Gianni Bauce.
According to the facilitator, “it’s about celebrating inner strength, cultural pride, and intellectual prowess. It’s about redefining beauty on their own terms and empowering young women to become entrepreneurs, activists, and leaders”.
