MASVINGO CITY-Top entertainer and performer Emegy Slvester Chizanga aka Freeman HKD will headline Masvingo Agriculture Show entertainment and he has started preparations in ernest for an unforgettable show.
Watson Kafela, also known as Wata, manager for HKD Boss, expressed excitement about the upcoming show.
“We are ready for the show, our experience with Masvingo is fantastic and we have never disappointed. We are encouraging everyone, especially the youth, to come out and support the agricultural show. It is going to be a fun-filled event, and we cannot wait to entertain our loyal fans,” said Kafela.
The Zimdancehall Joina City hitmaker will be supported by a plethora of local artists and others from outside the country, making the show an international event.
In order to encourage people to attend the show a helicopter has been hired to provide daily updates on the programs until the last day of the annual extravagnza.
The Masvingo Province Agricultural Show will happen from September 25 to 28, 2025, at the Masvingo Show Grounds. It will be a fun filled show with more than 110 exhibitors from different areas.
Jane Marevesa, the secretary of the show, mentioned that the showbiz special guest, Freeman, known as HKD Boss, will be there on September 27 for the official opening ceremony.
There will be many interesting displays at the show, including presentations from the Zimbabwe National Army, full Zimbabwe Republic Police display, and Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services. Visitors can also look forward to a helicopter display, motorbikes from Tanzania, Congo, and Zambia, a strongman competition, and live performances by the Mutendi High School brass band and the Great Zimbabwe traditional dance group.
The goal of the event is to help our economy grow by bringing together people from different sectors to share their products and services.
Tickets are priced at $3 for children and $5 for adults. This is a great chance for meeting new people, learning new things, and having fun.
The show runs under the theme: Promoting Development for Economic Growth.
