All roads lead to the Great Zimbabwe University Main Campus Arena this Thursday for the institution’s 19th graduation ceremony.

Excitement is mounting as graduands prepare to mark this milestone achievement and are advised to be fully gowned and seated by 9am.
The ceremony will be graced by President Mnangagwa, the university’s chancellor, who is expected to officiate as the guest of honour.
The graduation celebrates the success of students across multiple faculties, with proud families, faculty members and invited dignitaries expected to witness the momentous occasion.
The university campus is already buzzing with activity as students collect gowns, attend rehearsals and finalize preparations for what promises to be a day of celebration, pride and reflection.

“I am really excited that the day i have been waiting for is finally here… it’s been quite a fruitful four year journey, and yeah, I it’s time to celebrate for me,” said one of the ladies to graduate on Thursday.
“As an upcoming graduate I can’t wait for the day, I have had a tough 4 year experience waiting for this day to come and its finally here, I’m really excited that I going to be a graduate,” said another on condition of anonymity.
