Great Zimbabwe University has announced a change in the date of its 19th graduation ceremony from 8 to 23 October at the main campus sports arena, according to a notice in The Midweek Watch’s possession.
Ahead of the graduation day, mandatory rehearsals will be conducted on the 22nd of October 2025 at the venue.
The university has emphasized that attendance is compulsory and those who do not attend will not be allowed to take part in the proceedings.
Regarding certificates collection, graduates from the November 2024 class can collect their certificates from now till the 21st of October 2025 and also after the ceremony.
For the June 2025 class, dates for certificate collection are yet to be announced but transcripts are available from the date of result publication.
The university urges all graduands to take note of the changes and comply with the outlined guidelines.
