MIDLANDS – Just like their former graduate in Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya is in hot form at FC Platinum and national team that participated at the COSAFA Cup in South Africa, Guinea Fowl under 17 boys followed that form as they qualified for the national competitions, representing the Midlands Province.
Ngwenya scored braces in his last two games this is like a reincarnation to his former school as they followed suit finishing the provincial competitions undefeated.
They defeated Gonawapotera 1-0 followed by a nil all draw against Mnene before they went on to get a draw against Shurugwi.
Their biggest win came against Rio Tinto whom they clobbered 3-1.
This was enroute to the finals where they defeated Njerere by a solitary goal.
They will now head to Chinhoyi Technical School for the finals to be held on June 19, 2025.
