MASVINGO-The family of the late DJ Bruce Masomere, has confirmed that he will be laid to rest on Monday at Glen Forest Cemetery on Monday.
DJ Masomere died in a tragic car accident along the Harare-Masvingo road on 27 September 2025.
David Masomere, aka “DJ wenyika,” the uncle of the deceased, confirmed that the body will be taken from Nyaradzo Funeral Palour in Masvingo to Chitungwiza Unit N, where mourners will gather to pay their last respects on Sunday.
David Masomere expressed gratitude to Presidential Advisor Paul Tungwarara, who helped the family with the burial arrangements and is also expected to attend the funeral.
“We appreciate the monetary support from Paul Tungwarara, who has been instrumental in helping us with the burial arrangements. We are grateful for his kindness and presence at the funeral,” said Masomere.
