Diaspora

Date:

Yes, I don’t deny it
The desire to eat!
Petrified to fly
Never ever shy
Flew beyond oceans
Never minded being aliens.

Left offsprings, in such dire
As a wife having fed up
They said there is fire?
You went with all the brevity app

Newspapers wrote
Children were brutalised,
It was burdensome
Guardians exploited
Neighbours gazed

the greener pasture gave milk
The harvests spoiled them
Their residence became havens
Drugs and substance at will
You continue to pump more.

Sorry to those who followed,
Diaspora entered them
Not them entering diaspora,
Next generation will be different
All the assets eroded

I am sure
You will see stones,
You will be like drones
Your children will be strangers
With all the dangers.
