The veteran educationist died at his house in Nyakuvengwa Street in Chesvingo in Masvingo City after a long battle with sugar diabetes.
The retired loyal civil servant died on June 11 in the morning.
The sad news was confirmed by his daughter, Lilian Maidza Kwindingwi who said burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
