Advocate Mudisi commits to assist journalists

ZVISHAVANE- Prominent Zvishavane legal practitioner cum politician, Leopold Mudisi has vowed to assist the media whenever there is need for legal representation in the mining town.

Mudisi revealed this during a Zvishavane Press Club training meeting organized by the Media lnstitute for Southern Africa (MISA) Zimbabwe on Thursday last week.

Mudisi was one of the speakers at the training meeting and added that he has always been there to assist the media whenever they needed his help.

He is the Citizens Coalition for Change candidate for Zvishavane- Ngezi Constituency where he is contesting against Mecky Jaravaza of Zanu PF.

Media practitioners often face difficulties in executing their duties and sometimes fail to take legal action because of financial constraints and are sued for writing articles that may not be favourable to certain powerful individuals.

The commitment from Mudisi comes as a relief to the media practitioners who were pleased to hear the message.

” l am always available for the Media Practitioners and l have been always been there my office is open for such help,” he said.
