Zanu PF Structures are like overdone makeup which beautify an individual for specific period of time. They are for constitutional fulfillment without any significance to democracy, power and decision making matrix.
Zanu PF was hijacked by Zviganandas, the elite and first family. The party structures were abandoned or discarded in the process.
The “musangano uri kumasero” was only statement to mobilize people to vote in general elections.However the “Cell” is not involved in decision making processes .It is the most abused structure by the elite.They are used to parrot Zvigananda and First family agenda .
Zanu PF is drifting from involvement of the povo as it becomes an elitist, individual political project and a monarch. All structures from cell to Central Committee are organs for abuse to endorse the wishes of Zvigananda and First Secretary’s / President.
The liberation struggle Zanu was pinned on “zvido zvoruzhinji”; “povo musimboti wehondo” & more importantly “leaders are fish and people are the water. How can fish survive out of water” This Zanu PF is now a true individual political project.
The party structures are now inferior to individual created hero worshipping structures. In order to hoodwink gullible members structures are now referred to as Affiliates.
Young Women For ED.; Mahwindi4ED; Vendors4ED ; Teachers4ED etc these have overtaken the constitutional structures. This vindicate that Zanu PF has been hijacked by Zviganandas and Mnangagwa.
Zanu PF has had no outside structures. These illegal structures are only there to solidify the grip on power of Mnangagwa.
Mnangagwa has assimilated the Traditional Leadership structure into his personal political project. Traditional leaders are considered as though an extension of Zanu PF structures.
