Vision Academy posts 7% rise in O level results

MASVINGO CITY-Vision Academy, a private school located in Mucheke has recorded a notable 7 percent increase in the 2025 Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) Ordinary Level results, achieving a 65 percent pass rate up from 58 percent in 2024.

A total of 130 learners sat for the examinations, comprising 61 boys and 69 girls.

The school also produced 13 top performing learners with the highest achiever, attaining seven A’s and one B.

Commenting on the results, Vision Academy Head Reuben Mapfumo said the institution’s director and principal are pleased with the continued upward academic trajectory.

“The Vision Academy director and principal would like to congratulate the dedicated classroom practitioners, supportive parents or guardians and focused learners on the rising trend of academic achievement which has made the institution a force to reckon with in the education playing field,” said Mapfumo.
