MASVINGO CITY-Vision Academy has once again recorded a 100 percent pass rate in the 2025 A Level Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC), continuing a remarkable trend of academic excellence.

Vision Academy Head Reuben Mapfumo.

The achievement marks the third consecutive year that the school has attained a 100 percent A-Level pass rate underscoring consistent and strong academic standards.

A total of 24 learners sat for the examinations, comprising an equal number of boys and girls, 12 each.

The top performers attained 15 points, with one boy and one girl each securing straight A passes in all three subjects.

Learners who scored 13 points and above were 11 including four girls and seven boys.

Vision Academy head, Reuben Mapfumo expressed delight at the results attributing the success to commitment, teamwork and a learner centred approach to teaching.

“Our academic achievement rests on consistency and hard work. At Vision Academy, the secret to our success at A-Level lies in staff motivation, seamless academic engagement of learners and clinical instruction that seeks to address individual learner needs,” said Mapfumo.

Mapfumo confirmed that the college has recently acquired 24 hectares of land with plans underway to establish a day school, followed by a boarding school, located just after the Renco Mine turnoff along the Chiredzi-Ngundu highway.
